The hours of operations for the Bayou are from Thursday through Saturday - 5pm to 9pm with a room fee of $1000. The Bayou may also be rented out for special events, from Monday through Wednesday, with a room fee of $500. There are additional charges that are separate from the room fee. The AV is $100. The DJ booth is $250. The fees do not get applied to the final bill.
With the private events in the Bayou, the seating is limited due to furniture settings. If any furniture needs to be moved for a function, the host is responsible for any storage charges of the furniture being moved in the Bayou and all charges will be added to the final bill on the day of the event.
All formal sit-down dinners in the Bayou are required to be on a set menu.
Gratuity and service fees are handled at 20% of the total bill or $200 per server (whichever is greater). Private events are one check. Audio-visual equipment is available for an additional $100 rental fee.
