Upstairs Teak Room

The Teak Room is a long room lined by windows overlooking President Clinton Avenue. A glass wall stands opposite the windows. The east side of the room has window access for bar service and glass door access to the upstairs patio balcony. The west side of the room opposite of Clinton Avenue features a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace. The entire space seats 30 guests.
Rather than a room rental charge, we require guests to meet the minimum spending rate. For the entire room, the minimum requirement is $3,000.00, and $1,500.00 for half the room (does not include tax and gratuity).
Gratuity and service fees are handled at 20% of the total bill or $150 per server (whichever is greater). The banquet contract must be filled out with a valid credit card information to secure the event date and space. Private event function is one check.
