Upstairs Large Event Room

The largest private space that Cache offers is the River Market View Events Room which is a shared space with the Central Arkansas Library System. The Large Event Space is booked in tandem with the library and availability may be restricted due to library functions. The Large Event Space rental fee is $500. The room seats 90 guests for a sit-down dinner and is fully equipped for any event from a late-night occasion to an all-day training corporate event.
The food and beverage minimum is dependent on the confirmed and guaranteed head count along with the chosen set menu for your event (does not include tax & gratuity).
Gratuity and service fees are handled at 20% of the total bill or $150 per server (whichever is greater). Private events are one check. Audio Visual equipment is available for an additional $150 rental fee.
