Downstairs Bar

The downstairs bar and lounge area can seat up to 30 people. This space can provide a formal sit down dinner with set menu options.

Rather than a room rental charge, we require guests to meet the minimum spending rate. The minimum requirement is $3,000.00 with a $250 set up fee (does not include tax & gratuity).

Gratuity and service fees are handled at 20% of the total bill or $150 per server (whichever is greater). The banquet contract must be filled out with a valid credit card information to secure the event date and space. Private event function is one check.
